‘Senisim Pasin’ Change Our Ways and Stop Violence Against Women

There is an epidemic of gender based violence against women and girls in Papua New Guinea. 50% of all women have been raped, many are tortured and disfigured. Senisim Pasin is a beautifully shot short film on violence against women and girls. It not only educates about the horrors our closest neighbours are facing but leaves us with hope that change is possible. The focus is on education and empowerment. The film is being shown here in Melbourne on the 22nd of June 2017.
