  1. This is a good post. I accept that truth exists in many faiths including Buddhism. But, I would encourage people of Christian faith to discover the rich, life giving meditations, including breathing exercises, that have blessed Christians since the first century. A good starting point is the book ‘The God of Intimacy and Action’ by Tony Campolo and Mary Darling
